Yes, actual units are available for viewing for all our completed projects, namely Vertu Resort, Beacon Executive Suites, Tri Pinnacle and Vervea Commercial Precinct. All viewings are done on an appointment basis.

物业管理费的计算法如下:

Professional grant will be paid out half-yearly in 6 equated instalments over 3 years within 30 days from the first drawdown and the subsequent payment is to be paid on the 15th day of the month. For cash purchasers, the professional grant is to be paid out in a lump sum upon delivery of vacant possession (VP).
Move-in subsidy will be paid out in a lump sum upon delivery of VP.

Stamp duty exemptions will be given for the above projects which are sold during the period between 1st June 2020 and 31st December 2021.

Vertu Resort, Beacon Executive Suites, Tri Pinnacle and Vervea Commercial Precinct are completed projects, ready to move-in. Meanwhile, both Viluxe and VIVO Executive Apartment are targetted to be completed by end of year 2023.
